Abstract :� �Propellant casting is the critical process in Solid Propellant production. The complexity and difficulty of this�process requires special experts and experience operators. The critical problem in this production occurs when�those operators are invariable. This paper discusses the designing of the special tools that can facilitate the�process. Three main processes that oblige special skill are Chamfering Insulation sheet, Bonding Insulation and�Trimming solid propellant. The designed special tools are chamfering Insulation tool, Bonding Insulation�equipment and trimming equipment. Those special tools can facilitate the inexperience operators without any�special skill to work more efficiently, reduce lost time, increase speed, productivity and reduce the risk of human-error that will cost the lost of material resources
